Description 1.Reporting to the CEO on a daily and weekly basis 2.Recruiting and training his/her team 3.Supervising, motivating and monitoring his/her team performance 4.Maintaining detailed knowledge of the companys products or services 5.Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing 6.Setting budgets/targets 7.Liaising with senior management 8.Managing the Account Handling team to ensure that all company quality regulations are met 9.Ensuring clients receive impeccable service 10.Writing proposals and maintaining ongoing communication and follow- up with clients 11.Gathering content & data related to projects, based on contract requirements 12.Discussing and brainstorming project concepts with designers, developers and project managers 13.Reviewing deliverables and client comments on projects to ensure best standards 14.Developing a highly organized filing system for each clients account 15.Conduct regular staff meeting with his/her team 16.Assisting with other duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications 5 year’s experience in account management. Must have excellent spoken and written English and Arabic. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to maintain successful long term relationships with clients.
