| Description | Ensure that all Assets products are properly introduced to all bank’s department in accordance with the set process and procedures Ensure that all Assets products are continuously up dated re pricing and features as per bank’s management’s decisions and pricing committee Prepare and continuously update bank’s retail credit policy in accordance to bank’s strategy and market needs–attain required approvals prior to releasing the said policy Communicate any changes in features of Assets products to all related parties i.e. branches, legal, communication, call center, IT, organization, operation Cooperate with all related departments to ensure the rounding up of any newly launched product or implementing any modifications on any existing ones Follow up on set milestones and target dates for all Assets products to ensure meeting with the set objectives and budget Conducting continuous market research to monitor Assets products performance within the competitive market Analyze quantitative and qualitative researches to assess customer’s needs and increase market share Developing new products as well as working on continuous fine tuning for existing ones Work on achieving department objectives, communicate it to subordinates and ensure alignment & follow up delivery Follow up on performance reports re Assets products and develop solutions for any arising problems |
