Description
1- Conduct professional sales phone conversations with clients to achieve sales target. 2- Satisfy Customer inquiries, resolve their complains & explain different products and services of the company. 3- Participate effectively in outbound phone promotional campaigns 4- Receive sales orders over the phone of follow up for their delivery 5- preparing invoices and reports of sales orders 6- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter these data into the system. 7- Coordinate appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations. 8- Conduct telephone surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers , specific product
Qualifications
The candidate should have Excellent communication and listening skills.
Problem solving skills.
Very good knowledge with Microsoft Excel.
Good English language.
Excellent computer skills.
