Description	-To work for the Metro project 3rd phase. -Write down in the contract the terms & conditions of the project owner. -Develop the tender manual. -Develop the manual of the technical specs of the project. -Issue the BOQ. -Evaluate tender proposals -Develop recommendations reports to respond to the contractor’s claims. -Develop the office report of claims to present it to the project owner.
Qualifications	-Bachelor degree in Architecture Engineering. -From 4 to 6 years of experience in project contracts.
