Description	 Support the marketing and business development director in developing a CRM database for the SCE and recommending changing of business processes to improve customer satisfaction.  Support the marketing and business development director in identifying potential areas for improvement to ensure the delivery of the best possible customer service.  Develop the most efficient social media platforms to communicate with SCE customers/prospects.  Responsibility for developing the best ways for gathering and responding to customer feedback.  Generating new ideas aiming at improving the level of customer satisfaction.  Gathering and updating CRM data with the objective of conducting targeted CRM campaigns.  Suggesting improvements for the SCE web site and various communications used by the SCE.  Recommending efficient CRM strategies, with the objective of ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.  Handling all inquiries and requests of customers, and resolving the problems swiftly.  Interacting with SCE customers via web-site, fax, phone, Internet, email, or in person to address directly any customer-related issues.  Following up with complaints or inquiries of customers, and forwarding their concerns to upper level management when required.  Creating and maintaining up-to-date script to be used while answering customer calls/inquiries.  Using CRM database to analyze customer segments and recommending the most efficient marketing campaigns.
Qualifications	Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (management, marketing or mass communication). MBA is highly preferred.
