Description	Greeting Everybody.., An international Company on Cairo needs the following position: Job Title: Customer Sales Representative (CSR) Work Location: 10th of Ramadan Job Type: Full time Education: High education (At least a BS or BA in a related field) Experience: 2 - 4 years Gender: Any Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English • Experience in export, customs and logistics operations with foreign trade legislation knowledge • Experience in customer oriented processes in B2B companies • A good level of analytical thinking, problem solving, customer orientation skills • Interpersonal & communication skills, outgoing personality, focusing on results Incumbents of this role will be accountable for the following activities; • “Order management process” for her/his customers; from order taking to delivery, • Customer relations on order bases • Coordinate internal divisions according to customer expectations • Coordinating logistics, forwarding, and customs activities until the product reach to customer • Responsible for documentation of foreign trade & local sales activities • Order related ERP applications • Ownership of reporting and recording of customer complaints Developing projects to increase customer satisfaction via involving related internal divisions and/or third parties Salary: Attractive Salary Comments: Please write the job title in the email subject, Emails without the job title will not be considered.
