Description	- Handling basic operational tasks and duties - Working knowledge of freight forwarding incoterms - Searching for, and identifying the best rates with best shipping conditions - Gathering, and filing all import rates - Daily updating of On-line tracking report - preparing, and sending offers - follow up on offers sent to clients - Keep and constantly update client database - Preparation of rates report, with analysis of rates and conditions - Monthly rate and offer updates to regular customers - Corresponding with agents on various import related activities - Assisting in operations handling - Arranging for bookings, and confirmations
Qualifications	BSc. from accredited university - Excellent command of English (written & spoken) - Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding company - Technical or EIFFA courses is a plus. – - Custom clearance experience is a plus - Working knowledge of AF operation. - Flexible working hours
