Description	Manage technical issues and ensure delivery of application modules. Exposure to requirements gathering, analysis and design skills coupled with strong technical skills. Manage sub-teams, allocate and monitor tasks. 4 - 6 years of solid experience in J2EE, EJB, Web Services, XML, Portals, Web Sphere, JMS and Struts and JSF application patterns. Duties & Responsibilities: Leading team of Software developer in Java, including object oriented design with appropriate use of design patterns Review design and Architecture Responsible on Development and Deployment using web services Cooperate with project manager on the schedule follow up daily tasks Cooperate with Quality control on the test planning and test cases execution Motivating resources and, creating knowledge sharing with team work spirit
Qualifications	Web Technologies – JAVA EJB, J2EE, JSP, Web Services, SOAP, CORBA, Orbix, VisiBroker, XML J2ME, MQSeries, TIBCO, Web sphere, Net Dynamics, Web Logic, Netscape Enterprise Server, Sun One, Zope, BPML/BPEL Portals, Struts and JSF application patterns Workflow Technologies
