Description
8+ years’ experience in planning, developing and Implementing marketing strategies to market IT product, service, and solution offerings across different Industries and grow company revenue. Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Develops annual marketing plan including detailed action Items to meet organizational objectives related to marketing function
Developing and implementing a company-wide Go-to-Market Plan for company product, service, and solution Offerings, working with all departments to execute
Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports for the management
Acquires and interprets market intelligence through customer interviews, market research, and environmental scanning, to prepare for marketing analysis for new product developments
Analyzes and prioritizes customer requirements/value chain to prepare for marketing activities for new products/services opportunities
Provides independent objective recommendations on products, market messages, and competitive response based on fact based research and business case development
Develop and implement strategies for maximizing market share, revenue, and profit for specific market segments and set pricing guidelines for sales force and channels
Analyzes the competitive market and identifies new threats, initiatives, strategies, and provide fact based recommendations to segment managers and senior management
Develop relationships with customers, IT consultants and channel organizations
Developing internal and external Marketing and operational strategies for success
Identifies and develops customer case studies, success stories and wins for internal newsletters and trade press
Leads and manages marketing campaign functions including identification, selection, attendance and administration
Leads and manages marketing campaign processes for new product/service introduction, as well as existing products/services promotional activities
Represent the company in all important trade shows, sales events and activities
Direct overall public relations programs on behalf on the company
Assist in the implementation of client satisfaction programs
Identify, and sign with potential channel partners to fit company solution offerings strategy
Review channel partner performance on a continual basis
Direct comprehensive marketing collateral development program including datasheets, product promotions, catalogs, brochures, sales tools, company collateral materials and company website
Developing and creating sales training material for company product, service, and solution offerings in conjunction with sales and offerings teams.
Leads business development resources for new Business development opportunities with customers and channel partners.
Manage a team of marketing personnel.
Qualifications
Strong background on the IT & Telecommunication sectors
B.Sc. of Telecommunication/Computer Engineering or Business Administration
Adaptable & Results oriented
