To provide his portfolio of mass affluent customers with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the bank and retain their loyalty. 2. The job holder is required to enhance priority banking sales and promote the cross selling of bank product to existing and potential priority customers through marketing efforts. 3. Optimize the potential value of the Priority base through the delivery of wealth management products and services and actively identify new customers. 4. Maximizing profitability from the Priority base whilst countering competition from other providers offering alternative opportunities. 5. Safeguard the bank from potential loss 6.To continues to maintain and improve the quality of service offered to Priority customers. 7. Enhance market profile and awareness. 8. Qualifications | 1. University Graduate. 2. Strong numbers, selling & investments/ Financial Market Knowledge. 3. Strong Interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity 4.Relationship Management & Networking skills. Extrovert/Amiable personality At least, 3 years’ experience of a similar job with another bank/financial services co., They should be Certified from the Securities & Investment Institute (SII) for selling investment. |
