| Description | 1-Monitor concrete batching plant & ensure the concrete production is performed in accordance with the concrete mix design, project specification and requirement. 2-Monitor the aggregate crushing plant & aggregate production at quarries in accordance with the specific requirement. 3-Ensure the concrete testing and quality control is carried out in accordance with the project inspection and testing plan. 4-Ensure the pre-casting of concrete units and the in-situ concrete works are carried out in accordance with the project requirements. |
| Qualifications | 1-10+ years experience in concrete batching plant and aggregate production for concrete works. 2-5 to 10 years experience on the quality control of concrete and aggregate material. 3-Back ground from contractor or producer of concrete and aggregates. 4-Computer literate (MS Word, Excel,.. etc) 5-Analytical skill. 6-Interpersonal and multi level communication skill. 7-Organization skill. 8-Familiar with Concrete batching plant, Aggregate Crushing plant, vibrators for concrete works, concrete works, concrete coring equipment, pneumatic drilling hammer. 9-Bachelor degree or HND in Civil Engineering 10-Clean driving certificate |
