Description	  Needs to have knowledge of Radio Performance Indicators and KPI  Should have experience on reporting tools like Net act Reporting suite and report builder.   Needs to have Radio Performance Expertise specially Broadband   Needs to have Radio basis MML command execution knowledge (DX 200) and 3G Browser   Needs to be familiar with Nokia reporting   Needs to have experience of RAS06 and RU10 KPI   Main skills / competence requirements / network element   CS Core and Traffic
