Description | Responsible for maintaining the accounting system, including bank accounts, managing petty cash , controlling the office safe, receiving employees time sheets ,processing all employees payroll and benefits, cash reconciliations ,and preparing and sending written and hard copies monthly structured accounting reports to PH HQ. |
Qualifications | • Strong familiarity with Quick Book accounting software program. • Excellent computer skills required with experience in Microsoft software, (including Windows software and Arabic/English software programs, Word and Excel) • Very proficient in use of standard office equipment • Must be well organized • Must have excellent interpersonal skills • Must be willing to work long hours when required • Possess the flexibility, initiative and commitment to solve problems quickly and innovatively • Work efficiently with minimum supervision • Maintain confidential information • Able to work under pressure, and multi task and respond to deadlines. • Excellent skills in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken. |
