| Description | Designs wireless network solutions based on Pre-WIMAX/ WIFI technologies - Prepares technical solutions to meet the customer requirements - Prepares the SOC, SOW - Integrates wireless solutions with the third party to create a total solution -Designs fiber solutions - Designs SDH/PDH solutions (Ericsson multiplexers preferred)- Integrates IP/CCTV solutions with wireless solutions - Assists in the financial offer - Develops presentations and participates in product demonstrations that accurately depict the benefits of products and solutions - Conducts technical assessments and translates client needs, issues, and concerns into comprehensive technical solutions that the business unit is capable of implementing - Provides technical support to customer support teams in the implementation of certain solutions - Participates in the implementation of solutions related to specific business units (e.g. wireless solutions, security solutions…) - Monitors client satisfaction and communicates client concerns. |
| Qualifications | Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering - 3 to 5 year experience in wireless/fiber/SDH as a presales engineer - Familiar with wireless concepts or CCTV or fiber optics concepts - Good knowledge of the wireless technologies (WIMAX / WIFI) - Good knowledge of SDH/PDH fundamentals - Good knowledge of IP/CCTV design - Familiar with recent technologies and the integration between them. |
