Description
Responsible for the delivery of large scale, complex IT projects involving hardware and software technologies on multiple platforms for enterprises customers. Experience in managing large services teams. Responsible for performance and execution of the service delivery business plan. Provides leadership, mentorship and value to services delivery teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify and document client needs/requirements from information provided by customers
Lead preparation of the statement of work
Lead project sizing and calculation of costs required to deliver the services as designed
Supervises and manages Project Managers responsible for projects executions
Supervises and manages services team leaders/system engineers responsible for projects delivery
Evaluate high level designs and solution architectures
Lead and motivate services to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables is a must.
Assists in the annual solutions offerings planning process
Develop training and development plan to meet solutions implementation requirements
Assigns responsibilities and objectives to services project managers, team leaders, and system engineers and follow-up on actions to ensure individual and group objective achievement
Weekly follow-up on services projects
Provide weekly services projects execution update reports
Provide monthly services projects cost estimates vs. actual cost reports
Analyzes and appraises the services project managers, team leaders, and system engineers
Determines and drives "Best Practices” including methodologies, and processes for IT service delivery
Qualifications
Strong background on the IT & Telecommunication sectors
B.Sc. of Telecommunication/Computer Engineering
Customer focused with ability of building & maintaining relationships
Adaptable & Results oriented
Planning skills
Strong leadership skills
Ownership and Decision making
Strong communications skills
Strong background on the IT & Telecommunication sectors
