Description | • Collecting project data and requirements from committee in charge to be implemented in the project scope to be discussed with the consultant. • Prepare Conceptual drawings for the consultant to guide him in the design. • Review Drawings & tender documents received from the consultant to ensure it meeting requirements. • Develop and issue the request for proposal for bidding. • Review and evaluate contractors offers (Technical & Financial). • Monitoring and controlling the project schedule during the execution process and study the impact of any change requests during this process on all the project phases. • Participate in technical meetings and provide technical solutions for site problems. • Revision of the periodic invoices presented by the contractor as well as reviewing claims and variation orders. • Study and compare the technical and commercial offers for critical items of the project. • Ensure appropriate risk assessments, management plans and mitigation measures are in place to facilitate the smooth project delivery. • Ensure that contractual obligations are met by all parties involved and establish mechanisms for dealing with any contractual claims. • Handling site obstacles in coordination with the consultant to meet the project requirements. |
