| Description | •Prepare and develop project related documents and support senior project members in consultation, risk management and project delivery. •Deliver successful projects across different functions an stakeholders •Update and maintain the Project Plan, schedule, and KPIs •The PM will be responsible for Planning, controlling and developing of project health measures and indicators. •Monitor projects for clear goals, objectives and timelines, with measurable milestones consistent with corporate strategy and goals •Aid the Program Manager in Keeping track of projects impact on other projects and shared resources and report project progress in relation to company’s •Report Project(s) Status and health based on clear criteria and measures to Program Manager and Project stakeholders •Proactively seek to report potential risks and conflicts •Working closely with the project stakeholder community to ensure that they are up to speed with project developments. •Developing lessons learned and necessary process improvements •Liaise with management in raising critical issues |
