Description
•Ensures the proper application of the activities company standards, national & international environmental regulations and customer’s requirements. •Manages the budget attributed to his division. •Ensures the productivity and performance of the processes within the Quality & safety objectives preset by the company. •Defines, validates technical specifications and budgets of the works that need to be realized. •Organizes plans and supervises the interventions by different suppliers in matters related to activities. •Follows- up & monitors corporate matters and company contracts. •Ensures the continual maintenance of the company’s infrastructures. •Reports to the Managing Director on all aspects of his division’s activities. •Identifies training needs based on skills gaps and career progress. •Conducts a regular performance appraisal to the employees of his division. •Sets action plan for his division aligned with company goals. •Ensures each individual has his own identified action plan in line with division and company objectives. •Ensures correct implementation of company policies and procedures in his division. •Identifies the HSE-Critical Activities within his area and develop strategy for control of identified hazards. •Defines roles, responsibilities, authority in his division. •Regularly checks HSE their staff’s training compliance with the Training Program.
