Description	Recommend and reports opportunities for improvement to performance improvement projects team leader.  Serves as a team leader in some improvement projects using DMAIC SixSigma methodology.  Act as a team member in some improvement projects.  Monitor & reports the progress of improvement projects’ leaded by him to the quality improvement projects team leader.  Ensures Team-work between project team members to achieve targets and creates knowledge-sharing environment.  Creates a library of lessons learned from improvement projects by the end of each project.  Acts as an internal auditor for auditing the QMS processes.  Prepare an internal audit reports and follow-up all corrective actions taken to verify that it has been done.  Participate in visiting sites with NTRA as Etisalat representative.
Qualifications	Ability to manage people, resolve conflicts between team members Understanding company long term plan Computer skills is a must, especially MS excel & Access Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral) Very good communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure, dedicated hard worker Professional reporting skills. Strong analytical, Practical, creative and interpersonal skills.
