Description | 12+ years’ experience and proven track record of achievements at reputable IT companies including: Hardware, software, and solutions sales. Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow company revenue through company sales force in the Egypt and Gulf markets Duties & Responsibilities:
| Develop relationships at the C level executives (CIO, CEO, VP or Director) with customers, IT consultants and channel organizations, developing internal and external marketing and operational strategies for success |
| Achieve sales objectives in line with the company strategy |
| Responsible for retention and growth of current company customer base and sales to new account |
| Develop and implement strategies for maximizing market share, revenue, and profit for specific market segments and set pricing guidelines for sales force |
| Participates in the development of company goals and objectives; recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations |
| Maintain regular customer contacts and ensure customer requirements and satisfactions are met |
| Plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations |
| Manage a team of sales personnel |
| Set-up incentive compensation plans and metrics consistent with stated revenue goals and sales strategies |
