Description
1-Translation from Arabic to English and vice versa. 2-Meeting and greeting visitors. 3-Electronic archiving; Organizing and archiving all the documents and correspondence related to every project 4-Travel arrangements (Hotel reservations / flight ticket booking etc.) 5-Seeking best rates for air Tickets 6-Receive and circulate company mail. 7-Creating and maintaining contact list. 8-Writing Letters & Faxes. 9-Arranging meeting schedule for management. 10-Arranging social events. 11-Assisting foreign visitors as necessary. 12-Handling courier services, including Coordinate and track international & domestic shipments to and from the company. 13-Managing company telephone system. 14-Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
1-University Degree 2-Language school graduate is a MUST 3-Fluent in English both written and spoken 4-Presentable 5-Hard working and Self-motivated 6-Can handle multiple tasks. 7-Constant learner. 8-Ability to work under min supervision. 9-Capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
