Description	Good practical knowledge of performing ETL processes using ETL tools and native SQL coding. Strong in SQL programming including using stored procedures. Solid understanding of data design principles, models, schemas and methodology. Understanding of reporting structures and layouts using enterprise reporting packages (Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.) Duties & Responsibilities: Interfacing with customers and end-users to collect, document end-users BI requirements Designing data marts and warehouses Formulating user requirements into analytical reports using different reporting and analysis tools Developing jobs to extract and load data into data marts and warehouses Administering and performance tuning of reports, databases, and data warehouses Responsible for implementation documentation delivery to the customer
Qualifications	Relational and OLAP databases, ETL tools, reporting tools, ad-hoc reporting and analysis tools experience Solid background about different BI vendors’ products and platforms. IBM and Business Objects product knowledge is a plus Fluent spoken and written English Language Excellent Computer skills Adaptable & Results oriented Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
