Description	• Determine and issue the specifications for locally developed products • Prepare prior laboratory trials for new products and report recommendations for the production to the plant leader • Instruct the plant personnel for required actions (corrections for the production control during the process, waste water treatment, etc) • Calibrate the laboratory instruments according to the standard specification • Ensure the in process control work to be in accordance with the general standard safety rules
Qualifications	• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry • Proven leadership skills • Effective planning, analytical & organization skills • Excellent English and computer skills
