| Qualifications | Bachelors or equivalent work experience in GIS, computer science, information systems, Engineering, or a related field. · Knowledge and experience in programming such as VB.NET, C# .NET, VB6, ASP.NET or Java. · Customer oriented manner, analytical/problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills. |
