Description	•Establishment of deployment and maintenance strategies of the Microsoft or Linux Server Platform •Suggest fine tuning and improvements of the platform and architecture. •Design and establishment of security policy •Managing the Microsoft or Linux Server Platform •Checking the success of daily operations on servers. And resolving of daily issues. •Plan for and implement backup operations. •Resolving servers and client issues escalated by system administrator.
Qualifications	-B.Sc. Engineering / Computer Science -English and French are a must. -Able to managing issues and dealing with users. -High communication skills. -High Presentation skills -Discipline, negotiation, and good personality.
