| Description | • Evaluate with the Head Office the new plan of long & short term requirements to prepare and ensure any new deals with the banks and review its costs, terms & contracts. • Deal & review bank loan contracts. • Plan & control payment of LCs on their due dates according to bank deal terms. • Analyze all the accounts related to the bank operations. • Supervise preparing LCs/LGs applications; follow up (opening, swifts, amendments, shipping details with suppliers till receiving documents). • Coordinate between the department & other companys departments. • Work to improve the performance measurements of the balance sheet percentages (Working Capital, Liquidity, etc….). • Manage & supervise all currency exchange. • Supervise & follow up A/P and prepare a daily report to the head office. • Supervise reviewing bank commissions (LCs, LGs, Bills, and Checks’ collection), interest, high debit commission, and time deposits. • Supervise my team in preparing bank reconciliations, and credit & debit notes. • Chosen in 2003 from the Head Office to analyze "Oracle" computer integrated system (GL/AP/AR/Cash Management Modules), and train my team. |
