Qualifications	• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification  • MCSD certificate is a plus  • Experience with web applications, web portal and/or web integration development  • Professional development experience using .NET technologies with an emphasis on VB.NET, ASP.NET  • Must have a proven work history implementing internet applications using Microsoft .NET technology.  • An online portfolio  • Experience creating and consuming Web Services, XML and light to heavy SQL Server development  • Solid experience with UI development (UI design, Web Forms, JavaScript, DHTML/HTML, XML/XSLT/XSLT) and/or business logic development using VB.NET  • Solid understanding of 3-tier architecture, objected oriented analysis and design  • Must be able to translate functional requirements into a high-level design and develop the multi-tier solution. • Heavy duty enterprise level web application development experience  • Excellent problem solving skills required  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills  • Strong communication skills  • Detail oriented with an ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment  • Ability to be strategic in viewing project requirements  • Ability to manage and deliver cohesive end product  TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:  • ASP.NET,VB.NET  • XML, Ajax, Linq  • Web Services and SOAP  • Using T-SQL in SQL Server stored procedures  • Microsoft SQL Server Programming  • Working Knowledge in Active Directory, IIS & COM+
