| Description | The SME Head will review and approve loan applications as per procedures and within predefined delegations, ensure that disbursement of loans is according to the designed procedure, conduct regular field visits to SME customers to assess the quality of the portfolio, perform a strict follow-up of delinquent clients and lead the recovery of loans at risk, make sure targets are met and review loan projections on quarterly basis, and Participate in program audit, reviews, and annual update of Business Plan. Finally, He/She will prepare monthly portfolio analysis reports to management and reports to donors as per their requirements; develop the SME products and ensure the overall quality and profitability of the portfolio. |
| Qualifications | •A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics. -3 to 6 years experience in microfinance or commercial banking. -Sound experience in financial credit analysis and financial analysis; -Good knowledge of accounting. -Advanced computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and/or Spreadsheets; -Fluency in English and Arabic. -Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. -Customer oriented and good communicator with different- level clients. -Willingness to work in a challenging environment, with minimum supervision and under tight schedules. |
