Description	1- Plan, execute, monitor and close assigned projects. 2- Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. 3- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. 4- Troubleshoot incidents related to servers, networks and security products. 5- Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use. 6- Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes. 7- Research new technology, and implement it or recommend its implementation. 8- Ensure users' satisfactions at all times. 9- Work with users to determine their technical requirements and design solutions accordingly. 10- Create server and network's configuration documents as requested. 11- Create documentation of procedures, tip sheets, training manuals and documentation as needed to provide efficient communication of Service Desk area information. 12- Implement, test and maintain disaster recovery plans for production servers. 13- Develop backup strategy and perform system backups and recovery. 14- Work with IT staff to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues. 15- Adhering to set processes and procedures. Early highlighting obstacles preventing adherence. 16- Timely submission of reports
Qualifications	1. Experience in networking products both LAN&WAN in medium to large business.  2. Experience in security products and solutions including firewalls (Preferably ISA), Antivirus and Anti-spam (Preferably Symantec), Backup Solutions (Symantec)…etc.  3. Experience in Microsoft 2003 Active Directory environment & windows 2008 server technology  4. Experience in Microsoft exchange 2007  5. Experience in Microsoft SQL 2005  6. Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Server  7. Diploma in computer Systems, Systems Administration or related technical Discipline.
