Description
•Assure correct interpretation and implementation of the technical and administrate requirements specified in the contract clauses and specification and other documents which from part of tender. •Prepare Tender Appraisal Report. •Perform and check quantity surveying works and materials take-off to check accuracy of quantities in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ). •Arrange tender kick-off meeting with department and assign responsibilities within tender and other departments to meet tender submission date. •Attend Site Visit and Pre-Tender meeting with Clients and prepare minutes and inform Area Manager accordingly And Prepare Post-Tender clarification when required and attend Post-Tender meetings. •Reviews the indirect costs and cost estimates during tenders. •Reviews and Assist in the preparation of technical submissions to the Clients to eliminate ambiguities. •Assist in the evaluation and assessment of Subcontractors and suppliers. •Ensures that invoices are submitted in the correct amounts and according to contract provisions. •Coordinate the approval of drawings and responsible for the distribution of drawings released for. •Reviews the updated project schedule based on the contract. •Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. •Reviews the updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery , if any, as well as new critical activates.
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in Engineering. -15 yrs. relevant work experience. -Construction background is a MUST.
