Description | Understands and follows departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards. - Works closely to provide all business units with relevant technical support and after sales services for their customers. - Provides customers with the first level of support within service level agreements ensuring product installations, software implementations, warranty, and after sales services are effectively achieved. - Checks pre-installation requirements and site preparations for new hardware installations. - Prepares systems for installation of applications products. - Recommends spare parts requirements, issues spare parts quotations to customers, and releases required spare parts from warehouse. - Ensures spare part availability by ordering new spare parts for specific products and following up their receipt. - Handles all problems concerning maintenance contracts, warranties and time and material calls. - Troubleshoots hardware, software, peripheral, and operating system performance issues - Promptly reports any customer raised concerns or complaints to management team. - Monitors customer requirements and conveys them to the organization to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.- Attends technical courses needed to achieve unit certifications. |
