1. Manage and coaching account executives team. 2. Lead the development of marketing communications strategic plan for clients. 3. Advise, counsel and develop client strategies of public perception (ABL{above the line} & BTL {below the line}). 4. Supervise the implementation of marketing communications program (TV/Radio/Press/Out Doors). 5. Follow up with team the daily operations of clients’ requirements. 6. Advise in events logistics management. 7. Manage internal and externals correspondences and communications of assigned projects. 8. Counsel in clients’ business development ideas and new business proposals concepts. 9. Relative competition monitor and analysis. 10. Follow up quoting and invoicing client. 11. Follow up on payments and monitor billings and revenues.
• B.A in Business administration in marketing communications field or any related major. • 5- 7 Years’ experience • PC Skills: Internet- Microsoft office (Excel- WinWord- Power Point) •Excellent presentation skills, professionals’ negotiations skills and self-starter. • High sense of communication skills, customer-oriented, self-motivated. • Capability to work under stress and meet goal, good sense of problem solving and creative thinking, flexible and has the capability to adapt easily to changes. • Excellent leadership’s skills and good sense of initiation. • Ability to develop different Marketing business plans to segment different markets industries
