| Description | Administer HitekNOFAL’s accounting through QuickBooks for most transactions. Record all estimates of the Local Purchase Orders & the Foreign Purchase Order (LPO & FPO). Record Sales invoices, banks payments & banks deposits. Trace, revise and record settlement of petty cash thru quickbooks (for departments as; Administration, Customs team & Factory).. Execute stores cycle on quickbooks Record all journal entries. Replace cost accountant in case of absence in preparing sales invoices. Record all sales taxes manually in a logbook Review the inventory transaction. Complies to ISO 9001:2008 standards |
