The job description of this position entails general office administration tasks: preparing reports, power-point presentations, filing, database management, office finances, media monitoring, media relations, co-ordination and follow-ups.
Suitable candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic, and has very good communication skills, verbal and in writing, positive attitude, very thorough and meticulous; solutions’ oriented, hard-worker and committed. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and web navigation skills. Presentable, smart, active, and dedicated. Computer science background/strong knowledge is an asset. Around 1-3 years experience required.
