DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Mission: - Responsible for the planning, coordinating and administration for the department, and also handle communication and information duties required and do so in a professional, prompt and effective manner by interacting with a number of internal departments in and external customers Tasks: - Routine administration work - filing, fax, stationery ordering, telephone calls and diary management - Arrange all travel visas and hotel bookings - Work with internal IT tools for processing paperwork - expenses, new joiner information - Support project team members with document formatting, template creation and project reporting - Update status reports and keep shared document folders updated and in sync - Attend meetings and take minutes
Education: - University degree in Business Administration or any relevant field Experience: - 3 years of experience as secretary/admin function - MS Office skills
