Description | Handling all administrative work, Act as a first contact for visitors. Handling all air flights, hotel reservation, meets and assists, car rentals, Contact with suppliers, handling all incoming and outgoing mails and courier packages. S/he will be responsible for travel, office supplies, office maintenance, administrative activities, and managing office personnel. |
Qualifications | Bachelor degree. . Good command of Microsoft Office applications. presentable, mature, willing to work under pressure; self motivated, meets deadlines, not afraid to express her ideas, pleasant personality and being able to handle different classes of people; being able to draw the line between her personal life and work life (however, Cargill accommodates personal reasons for absence to a reasonable extent); and ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and to perform comfortably in a deadline-oriented work environment. Candidate should have a professional demeanor, good analytical, organizational and project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. |
