Description | The job-holder is responsible for carrying out and assisting in administrative and secretarial duties. Duties include: composing basic memoranda and correspondence, creating & maintaining appropriate filing, handling correspondences, scheduling meetings, and coordinating activities with different Head offices. |
Qualifications | BA degree. Excellent secretarial skills, including fast and accurate typing (Arabic & English), excellent communication skills and knowledge of office procedures. Very good computer skills including ability to use Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, MS outlook and PowerPoint. Must have fluency in written and verbal English and Arabic languages. Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others. Must have a high level of energy and enthusiasm, willingness to work under pressure and to prioritize requests. Must be ready to work flexible hours. |
