Description | -It’s preferable to have a previous working experience in the metro underground project. -Performs a report for each project to the board and the chairman. -Advises and recommend, to the board, what the suitable program and courses to consolidate the employees. -Ensures that the Clients requirements are within the detailed scope of work. -Monitors and control of different phases of design work. -Manages the team work and lead the project from concept phase to the construction phase. -Prevents delays in any design phase submission. -Reduces, reviews, and controls the cost of the project by allocate his team effectively. - Ensures that the contribution that enhance quality of the projects. -Leads and supervise projects Design Team. -Communicates with authorities and clients for necessary approval. -Coordinates and contact, successfully, with Clients, as well as with the consultants of the project to ensure that the project is fully coordinated with all branches. -Responds to all correspondence between all consultants and clients. -Recognizes all aspects of the design and value engineering principles to achieve desired cost effective results in accordance with the codes and specs. -Reviews the final drawings and specs in accordance to the clients requirements. Cooperates and advise the clients in the tender phase. |
