o Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers through building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customer’s needs are recognized and met. o Establish customer agreements and ensure that pricing guidelines are always applied and profitability targets for customers are met. Ensure that customer’ prices are reviewed on regular basis and whenever any discrepancy arises between actual and promised volumes a re-negotiation takes place. o Develop and implement an approach to secure competitors account customers (Prospects) in the shortest time possible. Establish competitors account customers (Prospects) pipeline to support this approach and target accordingly. o Exploit all new opportunities from existing and potential customers (Prospects) ensuring a maximum penetration of InfoFort in accessible market. o In conjunction with the units manager establish territory sales targets and ensure attainment of agreed revenue and profitability targets. o Gaining new business and maximizes growth of existing account customers. o Develop sales strategies to support the company growth objectives. o Monitor customer performance, loyalty and satisfaction to measure success, business fluctuation and possible business at risk. Take appropriate corrective action internally and/or with the customer. contribution to selling process.
At least two years previous sales experience or INFOFORT customer service experience 2. Selling skills 3. Fluency in both English & Arabic - written and spoken 5. Customer service oriented 6. P.C. literate 7. Ability to handle stress in a competitive commercial environment 8. Following procedures 9. Teamwork 10. Communication 11. Commitment to Excel 12. Valid driving license
