Goals/Mission: - The Business Development Specialist is responsible to provide market knowledge, define the business units market and product strategy and develop new markets and opportunities into profitable business. Areas of Responsibility & Tasks - Guides operational units by providing marketing advice to ensure overall market effectiveness - Functions as liaison between Sales and Product line (Marketing) - Develops strategic business plans to support market share objectives - Champions new program ideas for profitable penetration into new or existing market segments - Leads the development and implementation of marketing programs, channel and pricing strategies to ensure the profit growth and expansion - Leads the development of strategic and business plans in regard to marketing needs - Leads project definitions, selecting sources and monitoring results - Guides/leads project coordination and information support for new strategy and development on assigned projects - Guides/leads complex market and business research and competitor analysis - Guides/leads due diligence of acquisition candidates from company perspective Competencies - Presentation skills, Contract management, Marketing knowledge, Communication skills, Project Management
Experience: - 5 - 7 years of experience in Financial and commercial management - Marketing / Communication / Strategy - Sales - International Teams Education: University Degree in Marketing or any other related field
