Description | Auditing the Manufacturing Processes/facilities to ensure the Ethical & Social standards are completely met. Understanding the customer requirements, and recommend Corrective actions to achieve higher Compliant working environment/performance. Auditing all the Policies & Procedures, including Hiring, Personal folders, Social & Medical Insurance status, leaves & termination with regards to the local law, labor practices & international Standards …etc. Monitoring & Handling the Factorys and subcontractors Compliance status with regards to International Standards & the customers COC (Code of Conduct)… Conducting a various types of Onsite Assessments / Audits on the Group Matrix.Reviewing & Updating the FCTY Internal Policies & Procedures. Handling & Managing all the findings & comments rose from the 3rd parties or the customers compliance departments through the onsite assessments conducted on the Factory site and the subcontractor’s sites as well... Monitoring the Staffing Training Plans & Schedules to ensure the effectiveness of the Instructed Core Materials. Registering the company VIA customer’s global websites & managing day to day communications with our Global customers all over the globe. Setting the Training/orientation for the New Compliance officers & QCs on the required Onsite Assessments & regular activities. |
Qualifications | *BA. or BSc. in any discipline. *Graduate degree or equivalent work experience *Experienced in establishing and ensuring that internationally recognized standards, processes and codes of conduct in responsible sourcing and social/ethical standards are met and upheld. *Excellent communication and relationship building skills that allow you to deploy great influencing skills and your ability to manage without direct authority. *Expected to have a hands-on approach to solving problems, a commitment to driving and facilitating change, and the presence and authority to represent the Company. *Have the ability to lead our strategy for the next steps — beyond audit. *Experience in working with multi-stakeholder groups will be an advantage. |
