Conference Manager
o Fluency in English and Arabic is required, French ability is a plus;

Full Time
o Design and manage the organization of annual conference;  Design and implement a thorough conference work plan;  Work with finance and administration department on: • Creating and monitoring the conference budget; • Collection of conference fees prior to the conference; • Ensuring that all financial transactions are covered during the conference; • Issuing of conference invoices in coordination with the Finance/Accounting Department; • Oversee Sponsors contracts and ensure Terms are followed in a timely manner  Lead, manage and follow up (with other staff on each one assignments): • Exhibitors and souk vendors; • Awards program • Scholarship program • Gala Dinner • Field Visits • Financing Forum  Invite and coordinate communication with speakers;  Contracting of graphic design firm for design and production of conference materials; coordinate conference materials for distribution;  Oversee and follow up processing of conference materials translations;  Hiring an event management company ( in Hosting country) for on-the-ground support prior to and during the conference;  Contract hotel and other vendors as determined;  Manage the procurement of equipment and translation services;  Manage the invitation and registration process including responding to all conference communication;
  Oversee conference website and ensure conference information are available;  Oversee logistics for GA/board meeting (pre/during/post conference phase);  Coordinate in the media plan for the event;  Tabulate conference and sessions evaluations and provide results and feedback;  Coordinate and distribute in final report, thank-you notes, update for conference manual and document recommendations/lessons learned for next conference based on staff observations and conference evaluations; Other Duties o Report all activities and challenges to Executive Director and conference logistics committee members on a regular basis; o Other duties as required/requested.
Any
Mass Communication
1 - 2 Years.
o Excellent writing and editing skills are required in English and Arabic; o Experience as a project manager on large-scale events; o Ability to think creatively and strategically; o Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical & problem solving skills; o Excellent interpersonal and inter-cultural communication skills; ability to work in a team environment; o Ability to effectively work under stress, tight deadlines and work independently.
Negotiable
• Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field; • Event planning experience is required; • Two year of experience working on large-scale events, development and printing of marketing materials;
