| Description | • Collecting customer debts • Reviewing differences in customer debts attainment and collecting those differences • Establishing strong relationships with accountants and financial departments of clients • Following-up on the credit documents required from customers and on end dates and bringing corresponding copies • Delivering account statements and bills in the due dates • Reviewing debts collection with the finance department of the company and matching them with each client account • Reviewing credit limits for each client on a regular basis and performing session to increase the credit limit • Dealing with finance department in all financial affairs of debts collection, loans terms and credit limits • Reporting weekly on debts collection and discrepancies of each client |
| Qualifications | • 3-5 years experience 2 of which are in credit collection • Proficiency in computer use • Good communication skills |
