Description | 1.Develop loyalty programs with special focus on a customer card program -Analyzes TGM specific needs for loyalty programs -Analyze customer expectations together with Market research -Develops and implement loyalty programs 2.Customer acquisition + activation -Prepares the customer acquisition strategy (channels, external data, integration, periodicity) -Analyzes potential for acquisition -Analyzes and interprets registered customers buying behaviour 3.Customer Re-activation -analyzes and interprets customer data in regard of inactive customers -Prepares Re-activation strategy |
Qualifications | -University degree, preferably in Economics / Marketing -At least 3 years experience with loyalty concepts, preferably card program experience, customer acquisition and reactivation |
