Description | • Satisfy Customers inquiries, resolve their complains & explain the different services of the center by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Participate effectively in outbound phone promotional campaigns
• Receive reservation orders over the phone and follow up for their delivery
• Obtain customer information such as name, mobile, e-mail, and their interest, and enter these data into the system.
• Conduct telephone surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
• Following up emails and faxes received from customers. |
Qualifications | • Strong presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with personnel and outside contacts
• Organized and ability to multi-task
• Energetic and problem solver
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a fast moving environment
• Preferable previous experience in training center Excellent Microsoft Office and Internet searching skills prefer ICDL certificated. |
