| Qualifications | -A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT-related field -Experience with Data Center Operations including 1st line and 2nd line support -Solid understanding of cabling, and related technologies. -Knowledge and experience of server architecture and related hardware troubleshooting and repair. -Knowledge and experience of storage systems, backup systems, networking. -Experience with data-center management software. -Excellent communication skills. Ability to write reports and communicate information verbally to various levels. |
