| Description | This is the job profile of DBA (ERP application support) whose primary job is to support the ERP system, analyze its problems and create solutions to prevent existing problems as well as ease the management reporting process. this person should have technical IT know-how to support MS SQL or Oracle - Identify and implement company business requirements that are supported by the ERP system - Perform IT support for ERP users with different IT infrastructure configurations - Analyze user as well as system problems through SQL queries - Help in the migration process of the existing system to the new version Required - Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Oversee the daily performance of computer systems - Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems - Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software - Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications - Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service - Manage the email server and website |
