•Communicate intensively with all levels. •Follow up ATM network performance with IT and different Bank departments. •Follow up all Channels performance in terms of penetration, availability and usability. •Ensure correct implementations of newly introduced/upgraded Channels. •Prepare ATM procurement plans for the coming years •Perform training sessions to front office and bank office staff on e-channels offering and the key selling point for each. •Communicate with bank vendors with regard to the e-channels maintenance and development. •Replace the Head of e-Channels in case of his absence. •Share in designing the desired Channels performance requirements/reports •Visit onsite and offsite ATM locations and provide locations recommendations. •Relocate low performing ATM machines. •Develop and prepare the policy and procedures documents for newly introduced Channels or enhanced features.
•University Degree , and preferably computer science •Minimum 3 years experience in the same field or IT in a bank. •Excellent command of the English and Arabic Language, both spoken and written •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Excellent organization and management skills. •Ability to work under pressure. •Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Outlook), must be versatile e-mail user. •Team player •Strong problem solving skills •Updated with the latest technology in the market. •Disciplined, Creative, energetic, hard worker & Very Well Organized.
