Office management. Country Manager’s support: - Organize all country manager activities, e.g. update calendar, schedule meetings, travel arrangements and conference calls arrangements, filling on daily basis. - Follow up with country managers direct reports on any assigned tasks. HR & Admin support: - Review Medical Claims for all affiliate and ensure adherence to the policy, prepare monthly discernment to payroll and submit monthly. - Prepare travel requests for GM / HR. - Keep group mailing list updated. - Preparation of periodical POs. - Preparing communication meetings and working on team activities. - Coordination and logistics of external visitors (Lilly employees and non Lilly employees visiting the affiliate).
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills. - Challenging personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Any
3 - 5 Years.
- Excellent Office management skills and previous experience in this field is preferred. - Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
