• Responsible for providing secretarial, • Clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. • Performs a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive. • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. • File and retrieve documents, records, and reports. • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquires. 6.Coordinates office management activities • Receives and screens incoming calls and visitors, • Composes letters and memoranda in response to inquiries. • Coordinates and facilitates the executives calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences and takes minutes to keeps records of proceedings • Makes travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records • Performs related work as assigned.
Experience in analysis & calculations Excellent Knowledge of MS office Knowledge of office practices and processes. Filing systems. Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions. Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports.
